Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead teams, develop talent, guide organizations through change, and work alongside people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and strengths. Those experiences have reinforced my belief that effective leadership begins with people — understanding their potential, building trust, and creating an environment where individuals and teams can thrive.
