| About Me | Besides being Maxwell Leadership certified, I’m also a Maxwell DISC Consultant and an Executive Program Leader within Maxwell Leadership program. I did not come to this work from a textbook. I grew up being told I was not smart. I got bullied, doubted myself for years, and got laid off more than once as an adult, starting over from scratch every time. Nobody handed me a map for how to bounce back, lead myself, or make smart decisions about money before life forced the lesson. I built one the hard way, then built my practice on it. Today I work with young professionals and side-hustlers who are juggling a full-time job, a side project, or both, and want more clarity, confidence, and momentum. I use Maxwell Leadership principles and Maxwell DISC tools to help you understand how you are actually wired, so you stop guessing at what will work for you and start using what already fits how you operate.
